Terms of Service

By accessing or using ezrsvps, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create a host account or purchase an upgrade. Guests under that age may respond only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

Hosts are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to their account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. You may not share access in a way that compromises invitation or guest information.

A published invitation is available to anyone who has its public link. You are responsible for choosing recipients, protecting links that should remain limited, asking only appropriate RSVP questions, and using guest information lawfully. ezrsvps is not a private or encrypted messaging service.

Guests must provide truthful information and may submit information only for themselves or people they are authorized to include in their party. Do not impersonate another person or interfere with an event.

You keep ownership of invitation text, images, uploads, prompts, and other content you provide. You grant ezrsvps a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your requests.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or publish, including photographs, artwork, names, trademarks, and information about other people.

You may not use ezrsvps to:

• break the law, violate another person’s rights, or organize unlawful activity;
• send spam, phishing, deceptive solicitations, malware, or fraudulent invitations;
• harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or endanger another person;
• publish content that is illegal, infringing, or intentionally harmful;
• collect information you do not have a lawful reason to request;
• probe, bypass, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service or its safeguards;
• resell access, automate abusive activity, or misrepresent affiliation with ezrsvps.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing designs before publication and confirming that the output is appropriate and does not violate third-party rights. Do not rely on AI output for legal, safety, or other professional advice.

Current limits and features are described on the pricing page. A $7 payment unlocks the listed features for one invitation. It does not unlock every invitation in the account. Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the one-time charge shown at checkout. There is no recurring ezrsvps subscription. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, or integrations. We aim to preserve purchased functionality, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or a material violation of these Terms.

The service, software, visual system, trademarks, and ezrsvps-created content are owned by ezrsvps or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant a right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create competing services from protected portions of ezrsvps.

ezrsvps relies on third-party services such as authentication, hosting, payment, email, and AI providers. Their own terms may apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ezrsvps is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee guest attendance, response rates, message delivery, or the success of an event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ezrsvps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, event costs, or reputational harm arising from the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid ezrsvps during the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law requires another forum or law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. Questions can be sent to accounts@ezrsvps.com.
