Refund Policy
The $7 ezrsvps upgrade is a one-time digital purchase for one invitation. Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Requesting a refund
Email accounts@ezrsvps.com from the email address associated with your ezrsvps account. Include a brief note explaining the issue and enough purchase information for us to identify the invitation upgrade.
We review each request individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
One-time purchases
ezrsvps does not sell a recurring subscription. The upgrade is charged once for the selected invitation, so there is no renewal to cancel and no future subscription charge to stop.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear. Refunding an upgrade may remove the paid features from that invitation.
